Welcome to the Spring Term in Willow Class (Years 3 and 4)

Location, Location, Location 

Last term we concentrated on studying another area of the world - Egypt. This term we are going to be doing a study and thinking about where the UK is within the world; Somerset within the UK and Wookey within Somerset. We made the most of a sunny afternoon to walk to Wookey and looked at different types of houses.

Science 'Wow' Day

Willow took part in a whole school Science Day. We investigated 'States of Matter' and learned all about Solids, Liquids and Gases. We did lots of hands on activities and it was great fun !

Poetry Topic

We have started a new unit of Poetry writing. We are going to link writing poems with Egyptians. Have a look at some of our videos as as we get better at performing poetry.
