Half term, enjoy the rest!

I am sat at my desk reflecting on what has been a very busy first half term of the new school year. We are truly making the most of all the time we have available, as a number of our children are about to go out on day 2 of their 'bikeability' training and we also have a number of children at Wells Blue School today on a maths day! We also have our brilliant WSA putting on a Halloween event after school, which I know the children are looking forward to.

It is only because of the committment of our staff and parents that we are able to provide such a wide variety of experiences for our children, and I thank everyone for their continued support.

I hope that you and your children enjoy the week off and we all look forward to seeing you on Tuesday November 4th for the start of the Christmas term.

After a tricky time regarding absence we are looking forward to welcoming Mrs Waters back after half term when she is back to full fitness.

I am sure that you will have plenty of things to keep your children occupied, but just in case, in my next entry I will blog some ideas for things you and your children to look at online.
